📦 SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Tracking page for detailed information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! ComfiWay ships worldwide. If, for any reason, your location isn't supported by our logistics partners, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Don’t worry! Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer due to customs or local delays. If 30 days have passed since your order date, contact us at support@comfiway.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. If you selected a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Once you have it, you can easily follow your parcel’s journey on our Track My Order page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
!My tracking number doesn’t work.
Make sure you selected a tracked shipping method during checkout. If you did, and the tracking isn’t showing yet, don’t worry — it can take a couple of days to update. You can check your parcel status anytime on our Track My Order page.
I received a delivery confirmation, but I can’t find my parcel.
Please check with household members or neighbors — someone may have received it for you. You can also contact your local postal office or courier service directly.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
Yes, but please act fast. Email us at support@comfiway.com with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. If the package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order is dispatched.
Will I be charged import duties?
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We advise checking with your local customs office for more details. ComfiWay is not liable for any customs fees or delivery delays due to customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
What if I don’t like the product?
No worries. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it within 45 days for a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
We’re so sorry! Please email us with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund ASAP.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
