Order Processing & Shipping Policy – ComfiWay

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided with order status and shipping information, and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

To prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to validate your payment details and verify the personal information you provide (e.g. identity, address, or bank info). If we suspect a risk of fraud, we may cancel the order immediately.

We aim to provide accurate pricing on our website, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your order or contact you with updated information. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged.

Your package typically ships within 1-3 business day (excluding holidays).

Which carriers do you ship with?

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS.
For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.


How do I check the status of my order?

Track your order using the tracking number sent to your email.
